Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order for a full refund (minus shipping charges) or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. We ask that you return the items in the same condition that they were sent to you and with all of the original packaging / tags. Please review our return policy below.

Return Policy
All items must be returned in unused condition with all packaging material and tags. Items that are returned in used condition will be returned at the customer’s expense.

All items being returned must be shipped back in a shipping box with all tags and original packaging in order to be returned.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

All items being sent out on an exchange will be sent via USPS Priority or UPS Ground unless prior arrangements have been made.

International customers will be responsible for the shipping charges back to them on items returned for exchange or warranty replacements.

All custom and made to order Rocket Science products, are none returnable and none refundable. No returns or cancellations after purchase. Size exchanges are allowed inside 30 days.
